18+ · We may earn a commission from links marked “Visit”. Partner casinos are listed first. Listings are earned through testing and scores come from published terms; neither changes for money. How we earn

You can contact Haxies by email. There's no phone line and no live chat, because a small editorial team answers better in writing, and a written trail helps when we're checking a figure against an operator's terms.

Use the address that fits your message. It lands with the right person faster, and nothing gets lost between inboxes.

How to contact Haxies

There are two addresses, and each one has a clear job.

[email protected] is for readers. Send corrections, questions about a score, notes on a broken link, or anything about how we write and rate casinos.

[email protected] is for operators, affiliate managers and anyone with a commercial proposal. If you run one of the casinos we list and want to send updated terms, this is the right inbox.

We read every message. We aim to reply within a few working days, though a correction that needs us to re-read an operator's terms can take a little longer.

Sending a correction

Mistakes happen, and we would rather hear about one than leave it standing. A good correction request saves everyone time.

Please include:

  1. The page URL where you saw the error.
  2. The exact sentence or figure you think is wrong.
  3. What you believe the correct figure is.
  4. A source we can check, ideally a link to the operator's own terms page, with the date you viewed it.

Screenshots help, but a link to the live terms is better, because we can read the clause in context. Every review on Haxies shows the date its figures were read, so tell us if the terms have changed since then.

When we confirm an error, we fix the page and update its date. Our corrections policy sets out what happens next and how significant changes are recorded.

For operators and partners

If you operate a casino we review, you're welcome to send updated bonus terms, a new licence number, a corrected owner name or a changed payout policy. Send it to [email protected] with a link to the public page where the change appears.

We can only use figures you've published. A private email saying "our payouts are instant" won't change a score, but a public terms page saying so will. That keeps the Haxies Index fair for every operator on the list, and it's the same rule we apply when we explain how we test crypto casinos.

Commercial relationships never buy a score. How we earn money from referrals is explained in our affiliate disclosure, and the scoring rules are the same whether or not a casino pays us.

Disputes with a crypto casino

We're a comparison site, not a regulator, and we don't hold any of your funds. That means we can't resolve a dispute, release a withdrawal or overrule an operator's decision.

What we can do is point you to the route that works. Most disputes are settled at the first or second step.

Step 1: go to the operator's support

Open a ticket or live chat with the casino and ask for a written reason. Save the transaction ID, the wallet address, the network used (for example TRC-20 or ERC-20) and any blockchain explorer link. Many delays turn out to be KYC or AML checks, so ask directly whether verification is pending.

Step 2: use the formal complaints process

Most licensed operators publish a complaints procedure in their terms. Follow it, and keep copies of every message and the date you sent it.

Step 3: escalate to the licensing authority

If the operator doesn't resolve it, contact the authority named on its licence, such as the Curaçao Gaming Authority or the Anjouan regulator. Include your account ID, dates and evidence. This is one reason our Cover score rewards a published licence number: it gives you somewhere to go.

If an operator publishes no licence, your options are thinner. That's worth knowing before you deposit, not after.

Tell us about a problem anyway

Even though we can't fix your dispute, we do want to know about it. A pattern of complaints about stated payout times or unclear terms helps us decide when to re-read a casino's terms.

Send a short summary to [email protected] with the casino name and the dates involved. Please don't send passwords, seed phrases, private keys or copies of identity documents. We never need them, and we'll never ask.

If gambling has stopped being fun

Sometimes the message you want to send isn't really about a casino. If you're chasing losses or playing longer than you meant to, free and confidential help is available from Gambling Therapy, and practical tools for responsible crypto gambling include deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.
