Crypto aviator is the game with the little red plane. A round starts, the plane takes off, and a multiplier climbs from 1x. You cash out whenever you like. If the plane flies away before you do, the stake is gone.
It's made by Spribe, a game studio, and it's carried by a huge number of online casinos. At crypto casinos you play it with a coin balance, often alongside thousands of other players in the same round, all watching the same plane.
We popped the hood on what decides where the plane leaves, what the 97% return means for each cashout target, and which bits of Aviator folklore you can safely ignore. Spoiler: most of it.
Where to play crypto aviator in 2026
Aviator is a studio game, so it appears at casinos that have a deal with Spribe. Our brand data records game and studio counts for each casino, but not individual titles. Before you deposit anywhere, search the lobby for "Aviator" and check the game info panel shows Spribe as the provider.
The list below draws on our full Haxies Index across 17 casinos, with partner casinos featured first and badged. The Index scores how cheap the welcome offer is to clear, how fast payouts are stated to be, and licence and ownership cover. It is not a score for Aviator specifically.
Partner casinos are listed first. Every casino's Haxies Index score is calculated the same way and is never changed for money.

Large lobbies are more likely to carry Spribe titles. In our data, Bets.io lists 14,488 games from 100+ studios, mBit Casino 11,000+ from 70, and Ybets 11,000 from 82. That's a likelihood, not a confirmation, so check the lobby.
The Index behind our list of the best crypto casinos favours offers that are cheap to clear and payouts that are stated to be fast. Both matter more to an Aviator player than which logo is on the lobby banner.
How does crypto aviator work?
Crypto aviator draws a random crash point before each round starts. The multiplier climbs from 1x until it reaches that point, then the plane flies away. If you cash out first, you win stake times your multiplier. If you don't, you lose the stake. Spribe states a 97% return, so the edge is 3%.
That's the short answer. Here's the mechanism.
Every round has a crash point decided at the start. You can't see it. The rising number on screen is just the game revealing it slowly. The plane's flight path, its speed and the sound effects are all theatre.
You place a bet during the short gap between rounds. When the round starts, you either press the cashout button by hand or let auto cashout fire at a multiplier you set in advance. Most versions let you run two bets at once with different settings.
Why rounds sometimes crash instantly
Some rounds end at 1.00x, before anyone can cash out. These instant crashes are part of how the edge is built into crash-style games. They catch every bet in the round, whatever its target.
The crash-point distribution, explained
Here is the most useful bit of maths on this page. In a crash game with a 97% return, the chance the plane reaches at least multiplier X is roughly 97% divided by X.
That simple rule gives you the whole picture. Each cashout target has a probability of success, and the payout times that probability is always about 0.97.
| Cashout target | Chance plane reaches it | Expected return per $1 |
|---|---|---|
| 1.2x | about 80.8% | $0.97 |
| 1.5x | about 64.7% | $0.97 |
| 2x | about 48.5% | $0.97 |
| 3x | about 32.3% | $0.97 |
| 5x | about 19.4% | $0.97 |
| 10x | about 9.7% | $0.97 |
| 100x | about 0.97% | $0.97 |
The probabilities are derived from the published 97% RTP and the standard crash-game model. Spribe doesn't publish a per-multiplier table, so treat these as the arithmetic consequence of the RTP rather than an official figure.
Reading the table
A 2x target wins just under half the time. A 10x target wins about one round in ten. A 100x target wins about one round in a hundred.
The final column never changes. Low targets and high targets cost exactly the same over time: 3 cents per dollar staked. What changes is how often you win and how big each win is.
Why "safe" low targets aren't safer
Cashing out at 1.2x feels careful. You win four rounds in five. But each win is only 20% of your stake, and each loss is 100%. Over many rounds the maths settles at the same 97% return as any other target.
RTP and house edge in plain numbers
Spribe publishes Aviator's RTP as 97%. That makes the house edge 3%.
Expected cost is turnover times edge. Bet $1 a round for 300 rounds and you've turned over $300. At 3%, expected cost is $9. Bet $5 a round for the same 300 rounds and expected cost is $45.
How Aviator compares
A 3% edge sits in the middle of the casino. In-house crash originals often run at about 1%; our data notes BC.Game's own Crash at a stated 99% RTP. Among crypto crash games, that makes Aviator one of the pricier options per dollar staked.
Slots usually sit between about 2% and 6%. Blackjack with good basic strategy is around 0.5%. The spread across crypto casino games is wide, so the edge is worth knowing before you pick what to play.
So Aviator is not the cheapest game on the menu. Its appeal is the social, shared round and the simple decision. If pure cost per bet matters most to you, a 1% crash or dice original costs a third as much per dollar.
Auto cashout: the setting that matters most
Manual cashout introduces two problems: reaction time and nerves. Your finger is slower than you think, and the urge to wait "one more second" is strong when the number is climbing.
Auto cashout fixes both. You set a target, say 2x, and the game cashes out the instant the multiplier reaches it. If the round crashes earlier, you lose. No hesitation, no late presses.
How to set it up
- Open the bet panel and switch to Auto.
- Turn on Auto Cashout and type your target multiplier.
- Set your stake.
- Optionally turn on auto bet, with a round count and stop conditions.
- Fill in stop-on-loss and stop-on-win limits before pressing start.
The two-bet approach
Aviator lets you place two bets in the same round. A common setup puts a larger stake on a low target (say 1.5x) and a smaller one on a higher target (say 5x). It feels like hedging.
The edge doesn't care. Each bet independently returns 97% on average. Splitting stakes changes the pattern of results, not their cost. Use it if you like the rhythm, not because it improves the odds.
Provably fair in Aviator
Spribe describes Aviator as provably fair. The crash point for each round is generated from a combination of a server seed and client seeds contributed by players in the round, so no single party can control it.
The general principle works like this. Before the round, the server seed is committed by publishing its hash. Client seeds from the first few bettors are mixed in. The combined value is hashed, and the result is converted into a crash point. After the round, you can open the round's fairness details and see the inputs.
How to check a round
- Click on a past round in the history bar.
- Open the fairness or provably fair panel.
- Copy the server seed, client seeds and the resulting hash.
- Recompute the hash with an independent SHA-512 or SHA-256 tool, depending on what the panel specifies.
- Confirm the hash matches and that converting it gives the displayed crash point.
The exact procedure is defined in the game's own fairness panel, so follow those instructions. If anything doesn't match, take it to the casino's support first and then to its licensing authority.
What it does and doesn't prove
Provably fair proves the crash point wasn't changed after bets went in. It doesn't change the 97% return, and it doesn't make the next round predictable. That last point matters a lot, as the next section shows.
Aviator predictor scams
Search "Aviator" on any social platform and you'll find predictor apps, Telegram signal groups, "hack" bots and paid courses promising to call the next crash point. Every one of them is a scam.
Why prediction is impossible
The crash point comes from a hash of seeds that aren't revealed until after the round. Hash functions are designed so that tiny input changes produce unrelated outputs. Nobody outside the game server can know the result in advance. Past rounds tell you nothing about the next one.
What these scams actually do
- Steal accounts. Many ask for your casino login "to connect the bot". Then your balance is gone.
- Push referral links. Some earn commission when you sign up through them, and the "signals" are random.
- Sell subscriptions. You pay for predictions that are no better than a coin toss.
- Install malware. APK files sideloaded on phones can read messages, wallets and two-factor codes.
How to spot one quickly
Promises of guaranteed wins. Requests for login details or seed phrases. Screenshots of huge balances. Pressure to pay or join before a deadline. Any one of those is enough to walk away.
Betting systems and Aviator
Aviator attracts the same staking systems as every other game. None of them work.
Martingale on a 2x target
Bet $1 at a 2x target. Lose, double to $2. Lose, $4. And so on. At 48.5% success per round, the chance of losing eight in a row is 0.515 to the power of 8, about 0.5%. Sounds small. Over a few hundred rounds, though, it becomes likely to happen at least once, and eight straight losses means you've staked $255 and must now bet $256 to chase a $1 profit.
"Waiting for a low streak to end"
Players watch the history bar for a run of low crashes and then bet on a high one. Each round is independent. A run of 1.1x crashes doesn't make a 10x round more likely next.
Copying "big cashers" in the live feed
The live feed shows other players' wins. It's survivorship on display. You see the cashouts, not the larger number of losing bets placed by the same players.
Bonus wagering and Aviator
Most welcome bonuses are designed for slots. Crash games like Aviator are usually given low or zero contribution.
Our brand data shows two clear contribution rules. Bets.io counts slots at 100% and other games at 5%. Betpanda counts slots at 100%, live games at 20% and other games at 0%. Aviator, as a crash game, falls into "other games".
Worked example
A $100 bonus at 40x needs $4,000 of turnover. On a 2% slot, expected cost is about $80, our Clear benchmark.
At 5% contribution, you'd need $80,000 of Aviator turnover to count as $4,000. At a 3% edge, that's about $2,400 of expected cost. Twenty-four times the bonus. At 0% contribution it never clears.
The lesson: keep Aviator on cash. Clear any bonus on slots first, or skip match bonuses and use wager-free cashback instead. The Cocobet review covers its 50% first-week cashback on net losses, which is stated to be paid wager-free.
Coins, fees and fast withdrawals
Aviator is a small-stakes game for most players, so network fees matter.
Stablecoins are the cleanest choice. A USDT or USDC balance doesn't move with the market, so a 2x cashout is actually 2x. Our list of USDT casinos shows which of the 17 confirm Tether.
When you win, stated payout speeds vary. Cybet, Cocobet, Winna, TrustDice, CasinoCrypto.io and Crypto-Games.io all state instant payouts. BitStarz, Wild.io and BC.Game state under 10 minutes or minutes after approval. Our ranking of fast payout crypto casinos compares all 17 on stated speed and flags withdrawal caps. These are the operators' stated speeds. Every casino in the list passed the Haxies group's multi-source testing and Team Lead Harrison Ayla's interview before being listed.
Watch the caps
A big Aviator hit can bump into withdrawal limits. Bets.io publishes deposit-linked daily caps of 1,000 to 3,000 USDT, BC.Game €10,000 per month, Betpanda €5,000 per 24 hours, and Winna $10,000 per 24 hours. Know your casino's cap before you chase a 100x round.
Strategy that's actually useful
There's no edge to find in Aviator. There are better and worse ways to spend a budget.
Choose a target for your mood, not for "value"
Low targets give frequent small wins and long sessions. High targets give frequent losses and rare big moments. Both cost 3% of turnover.
Fix your stake and your round count
Decide before you start: $X per round, Y rounds, stop if down $Z. Write it down if it helps. The game is designed to be quick and social, which makes stake creep easy.
Prefer auto cashout to manual
It removes the two worst habits: late presses and greed. If you enjoy the manual press, set auto cashout on one bet as a backstop.
Mind the round pace
Rounds are short, often well under a minute including the betting window. A few hundred rounds pass quickly. Expected cost per hour is stake times rounds per hour times 3%.
Here's a worked example. Say rounds average 30 seconds, so 120 an hour. At $2 a bet that's $240 of turnover per hour, and an expected cost of about $7.20. Run two bets per round and the turnover doubles to $480, with an expected cost near $14.40. Nothing about the second bet improves your odds; it just doubles your exposure to the edge.
Plan for droughts at high targets
At a 10x target you win about one round in ten. The chance of 20 straight misses is about 0.903 to the power of 20, roughly 13%. The chance of 40 straight misses is about 1.7%. Size your stake so a run of 40 losses doesn't end the session or the week.
Mistakes to avoid
- Trusting predictors or signal groups. They're scams. Never share login details.
- Chasing after an instant crash. It's part of the maths, not a sign the next round is due.
- Playing with a bonus active. Low or zero contribution makes it pointless.
- Raising stakes after losses. That's Martingale by another name.
- Ignoring withdrawal caps. A big win can arrive in instalments.
- Holding a volatile coin as your Aviator balance. Price moves can outweigh your game results.
Is crypto aviator legal for you?
It depends on where you live, and in some countries on your region. Each operator also publishes its own list of restricted countries. Check both before signing up.
Licensing across our 17 brands differs: most publish an Anjouan or Curaçao licence number, Winna lists the Tobique Gaming Commission, and Betpanda publishes no gambling licence, only a Costa Rica company registration. For privacy, our list of no KYC crypto casinos records what each brand says about verification at signup and at withdrawal.
Keeping Aviator fun

Crypto aviator questions
What is the RTP of Aviator?
Spribe publishes Aviator's RTP as 97%. That means a house edge of 3%, or an expected cost of 3 cents for every dollar you stake over the long run.
Can you predict the Aviator crash point?
No. Each crash point comes from a hash of seeds that aren't revealed until after the round. Any app, bot or Telegram group claiming to predict it is a scam, and many are designed to steal accounts.
What is the best cashout multiplier in Aviator?
No target is better in the long run. Every target returns about 97%. Low targets win often but small; high targets win rarely but big.
How does auto cashout work in Aviator?
You set a target multiplier before the round. The game cashes you out the instant the multiplier reaches it. If the plane crashes first, you lose the stake.
Is Aviator provably fair?
Spribe describes it as provably fair. Each round's crash point is generated from a server seed and players' client seeds, and you can view and recompute those inputs in the round's fairness panel.
Can I use a casino bonus on Aviator?
You can sometimes play it with a bonus, but contribution is usually tiny. In our brand data, Bets.io counts other games at 5% and Betpanda at 0%. Clear bonuses on slots instead.
What is the chance of reaching 2x in Aviator?
With a 97% RTP, the plane reaches 2x in roughly 48.5% of rounds. Reaching 10x happens in about 9.7% of rounds.
Why does Aviator sometimes crash at 1.00x?
Instant crashes are part of how crash-style games build in their edge. They catch every bet in that round. They are random and don't signal anything about the next round.
