Terms of Use

18+ · We may earn a commission from links marked “Visit”. Partner casinos are listed first. Listings are earned through testing and scores come from published terms; neither changes for money. How we earn

These terms of use explain the rules for using haxies.com. We've written them in plain English, because a page you can't read is a page that doesn't protect anyone.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are and what the site does

Haxies is an informational website that compares crypto casinos, run by the Haxies group. Every listed casino is tested by the group and approved for placement by Team Lead Harrison Ayla. We read operators' published terms, price their welcome offers, record their stated payout speeds and licence details, and publish a score out of 100 called the Haxies Index.

We are not a casino, a sportsbook, a payment processor or a wallet. We don't take bets, hold deposits, process withdrawals or store crypto for anyone. Every casino we list is run by a separate company that sets its own rules.

The domain haxies.com was once the home of Unsanity, a Mac software company. The Haxies group took the dormant domain over in 2026, and the current site has no connection to Unsanity or its former developers.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that's higher, to use this site. The content is about real-money gambling and isn't meant for minors.

Whether gambling, or crypto gambling in particular, is legal depends on where you live. Each operator also publishes its own list of restricted countries. Before you sign up anywhere, check both your local law and the operator's restricted-country list. That responsibility is yours, and these terms of use don't change it.

Information, not advice

Everything on Haxies is general information. It isn't financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it isn't a recommendation that you gamble.

How our figures work

Brand facts come from operators' own terms pages or published summaries of them, and each review shows the date those figures were read. Payout speeds and terms shown are what operators state, read from their published terms and labelled "stated". Our listing process, including group testing and Harrison Ayla's approval, decides which casinos appear. It is not a guarantee of how any casino will treat your account.

Bonus costs are expected values, calculated from the wagering multiple, the wagering base and an assumed house edge of about 2% on a high-RTP slot. Expected values describe averages over many sessions. Your actual results in any single session can be very different, in either direction.

Terms change

Casinos change their bonuses, limits and policies, sometimes without notice. We work to keep pages current, but a figure on Haxies may be out of date by the time you read it. Always read the operator's live terms before you deposit. If the two disagree, the operator's terms apply to your account, not ours.

Some links on Haxies, including links that pass through a /go/ path, are referral links. If you click one and sign up or deposit, the operator may pay us a commission. This costs you nothing extra.

Commissions never change a score. The Haxies Index is calculated the same way for every operator, using published figures only. The full detail is in our affiliate disclosure.

Your relationship with casinos

When you leave Haxies and open an account with an operator, you enter an agreement with that operator, not with us. Their terms, privacy policy, KYC and AML rules, bonus conditions and withdrawal limits govern everything that happens in your account.

We're not a party to that agreement. We can't release funds, reverse a decision, verify your identity or settle a dispute. If something goes wrong, contact the operator first, then the authority named on its licence. Our contact Haxies page explains how to escalate.

Acceptable use

You may read, share and link to Haxies pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:

  • copy our reviews, scores or tables wholesale onto another site;
  • scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers;
  • try to break, probe or interfere with the site or its hosting;
  • use the site for anything unlawful where you are.

Quoting a short passage with a link back to the original page is fine.

If you spot an error, tell us rather than repeating it elsewhere. Our corrections policy shows how we check a reported figure against the operator's live terms and how changes are recorded on the page.

Intellectual property

The text, tables, scoring method, design and code on Haxies belong to us, unless they are marked as someone else's. Casino names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the operators we review.

External sites

Haxies links to operators and to a small number of outside resources, such as gambling-help charities and blockchain documentation. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

Limits of liability

We take care with every figure, but we provide the site "as is", without promises that it's complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Haxies isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including gambling losses, missed bonuses, delayed withdrawals, network fees or decisions made by an operator.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Gambling responsibly

Gambling involves real risk of loss. Only stake what you can afford to lose, set limits before you start, and stop if it stops being fun. Free, confidential help is available from Gambling Therapy, and practical tools for responsible crypto gambling include deposit limits and self-exclusion.

Changes to these terms of use

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
