Privacy Policy

18+ · We may earn a commission from links marked “Visit”. Partner casinos are listed first. Listings are earned through testing and scores come from published terms; neither changes for money. How we earn

This privacy policy explains what information haxies.com handles when you visit, why, and what we don't do. The short version is that we collect very little, because a static comparison site doesn't need much.

You can read every page on Haxies without creating an account, giving us your name or handing over an email address. That's deliberate.

What this privacy policy covers

This policy covers haxies.com and any page served from it. It doesn't cover the casinos, sportsbooks or other websites we link to. Once you leave Haxies, the other site's own privacy policy applies, and we have no control over what it collects.

"We" and "us" in this policy mean the team that runs haxies.com. The domain once belonged to Unsanity, a Mac software company, but the current site has no connection to Unsanity, and no data from the old site was carried over.

Information we don't collect

Haxies is a static, informational site. We don't run accounts, logins, comment sections, newsletters or sign-up forms.

That means we never ask for, and don't want:

  • your name, address or date of birth;
  • copies of identity documents;
  • wallet seed phrases, private keys or passwords;
  • casino account details or balances;
  • payment card or bank information.

If someone claiming to be from Haxies asks you for any of these, it isn't us. Please report it to [email protected].

We don't run advertising trackers, sell data to data brokers, build advertising profiles, or share information with ad networks. There are no third-party ad scripts on the site, no social media pixels and no embedded tracking widgets.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, the servers that host Haxies keep standard access logs. When your browser requests a page, the server records technical details such as:

  • your IP address;
  • the date and time of the request;
  • the page requested and the response code;
  • your browser's user-agent string;
  • the referring page, if your browser sends one.

These logs are used to keep the site secure, spot abuse such as heavy scraping or attacks, diagnose errors, and understand in broad terms which pages are being read. They aren't used to identify individual readers or to target advertising. Logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or rotated in line with our hosting provider's settings.

Our hosting and security providers may process this data on our behalf to deliver the site and protect it. They act under their own published privacy terms.

Many links to casinos on Haxies pass through a /go/ address first, then forward you to the operator. These are referral links.

When you click one, the operator receives a referral identifier that tells it the visit came from Haxies. If you then sign up or deposit, the operator may pay us a commission. The identifier tells the operator about Haxies; it doesn't contain your name or any personal details from us, because we don't hold any.

The operator may set its own cookies or record your visit once you arrive. That's governed by the operator's privacy policy, not this one. Our affiliate disclosure explains how we earn money from these links and why that never changes a score.

Cookies and browser storage

Haxies itself doesn't set tracking cookies. If the site stores a small preference in your browser, such as a display setting, it stays on your device and isn't sent to us. The full detail is in our cookie policy.

Emails you send us

If you write to [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply, investigate a correction, or handle your request.

We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share your email with operators. If a correction request needs us to contact an operator, we describe the issue without passing on your details unless you ask us to.

Please don't send identity documents, private keys or account passwords. We'll never need them.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data, such as the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.

In practice, the only personal data we're likely to hold about you is an email you sent us or an IP address in a server log. To make a privacy request, email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Tell us what you'd like us to do, and include enough detail (such as the date and address you wrote from) for us to find the record.

We'll respond within a reasonable time and, where the law requires, within the deadline it sets.

Security

Haxies is served over HTTPS, so the pages you request are encrypted in transit. Because we don't hold accounts or payment data, the amount of personal information at risk is small by design. No system is perfectly secure, but collecting less is the most reliable protection we know.

Children

The site is about real-money gambling and is meant only for adults of legal gambling age where they live. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Our terms of use explain the wider rules for using the site.

Questions about privacy can go to [email protected], and you can contact Haxies through the other addresses too.
